Matias is a senior lawyer in CMS Kluge's Real Estate Department, and his primary field of work relates commercial real estate, construction projects and contracts. Matias regularly argues before the courts and possesses significant experience with dispute resolution. Matias also assists startups in the technology and industry sectors.
 
In addition to being a senior lawyer in CMS Kluge, Matias is affiliated with the University of Tromsø, the Faculty of Law, as an examiner, and a member of the board in Ungt Entrepriseforum, which is an arena for young professionals within the fields of real estate and construction projects.
 
Matias is a former research assistant at the Institute of Private Law (University of Oslo), where he wrote his master thesis on developmental faults in construction law. In 2016, Matias published a book on the collision of rights in different assets (second edition in 2018). In 2021, Matias and Espen Nyland published a book on innovation and contractors liability.
