Energy & Climate Change

CMS Carey & Allende is permanently engaged in the ever-challenging field of Energy & Climate Change in Chile, given that its development has been essential in the growth of our country.

Our activity includes providing permanent services to the most important conventional energy producers in terms of the environmental and territorial feasibility of their projects, establishment of easements and rights-of-way, obtaining and purchasing of water rights, electrical system interconnections, permits and energy supply contracts.

Our activity has been particularly intense, having dedicated much of our time advising our clients on projects for new transmission lines and for non-conventional renewable energy sources. In this manner, we have been able to participate in the earliest stages of these projects, up to the point of entry into operation, as well as in the financing, M&A and private equity related to them.
